San Gabriel Mountains

We discovered this awesome place to hike/camp/picnic and its really close to Orange County (45 minute driver for us). It’s called the San Gabriel Mountains off of Azusa/the 39. Just take the 57N till hits the 210 West, exit Azusa/39 and head on up the mountain. You have to stop and get a day pass at the ranger station, cost is $5. There are awesome hikes, waterfalls, a river to jump in and places to camp, and even a 7 mile paved trail for beginners. See you there!

PS. Watch out for poison oak, this is what it looks like:
